Actors and special effects have been used to show what happened during the deadly attack, NBC News reported.
The decision to broadcast the show has sparked outrage from the LGBT community in Orlando.
Pulse nightclub owner Barbara Poma posted on Crónicas de Sábado's Facebook page: 'Shame on you and Shame on Univision!
'The lack of respect and humanity for these grieving families and traumatized survivors is incomprehensible.'
Survivor Brandon Wolf added: 'To see @CronicasSabado completely disrespect myself and other survivors is disgusting. Greed in its highest form. We will resist you.'
Carlos Carbonell also commented: '#Orlando is still healing, pull your incredibly insensitive re-enactment of the Pulse tragedy. Have a heart.'
