BREAKING NEWS: Ryan Mason is set to STAY at Tottenham after holding talks with Ange Postecoglou - and will form part of his senior coaching team

Ryan Mason is set to stay at Tottenham as part of Ange Postecoglou’s backroom staff.
Former Spurs midfielder Mason took charge of the first team at the end of the last season following the departures of Antonio Conte and the subsequent sacking of his assistant Cristian Stellini.
There has been doubt over the 31-year-old’s future at Tottenham following the appointment of Postecoglou, while there has also been interest from clubs willing to hand Mason his first managerial role.
But Mason, following talks with the new head coach, is due to remain at the club as part of the new look senior coaching team.
Postecoglou also wants to add Celtic coaches John Kennedy and Gavin Strachan to his team before the start of pre-season.

Kennedy and Strachan worked under the Australian at Parkhead and the new Spurs head coach wants his trusted aides to join him in north London.
Importantly, the coaching duo want to come to Tottenham, who are in talks with Celtic over releasing them pair from their contracts.
Spurs are also understood to have interviewed external candidates for senior backroom positions if their move to bring Kennedy and Strachan ends unsuccessfully with former Chelsea and Bayern Munich coach Paul Clement among those with Premier League experience that are out of work.
Tottenham and Postecoglou have now turned their attentions to finalising the club’s recruitment plans - with Leicester’s attacking midfielder James Maddison emerging as a target.
England international Maddison is set to leave the King Power Stadium this summer following the Foxes’ relegation.
Newcastle are thought to be front runners for the 26-year-old, but Tottenham’s interest could scupper Eddie Howe’s hopes of landing Maddison.
Brentford keeper David Raya is also a primary target for Spurs, with current No 1 Hugo Lloris keen to return to France this summer.
However, Raya is valued at £40million - a fee Spurs are reluctant to pay given the shot-stopper has just 12 months left on his deal. Spurs are also monitoring Celtic midfielder Reo Hatate, though there are concerns over whether the 25-year-old would qualify for a work permit.
