Bright midfielder Aaron Mooy has made a surprise move to Shanghai SIPG for an undisclosed fee.
The Australian was expecting less game time following the arrival of Adam Lallana from Liverpool so made the switch to the Chinese Super League.
As it stands, the 29-year old's move to China is subject to international clearance.

Mooy initially signed for Brighton in January 2020 after impressing during an initial loan spell during the first half of the season.
Brighton head coach Graham Potter secured Mooy for £5million from Huddersfield, having previously spending time at St Mirren and Manchester City.
He has made 31 appearances for Brighton and scored two goals to help them to their best Premier League points haul.
Graham Potter praised Mooy's professionalism but believes the move is 'good for all parties'
Reflecting on the transfer, Potter told BBC Sport: 'Aaron has been an excellent professional during his time with us.
'It's a good move for all parties. We have a number of really good players in that position and therefore Aaron goes with our blessing.'
Shanghai SIPG are currently three points clear at the top of the Chinese Super League Group B.
