- UFC commentator Joe Rogan now believes Miocic could call time on his career
- Miocic was clearly second-best and will now take some time to decide his future
Joe Rogan believes MMA heavyweight legend Stipe Miocic could retire after losing his belt to an 'unstoppable' Francis Ngannou at UFC 260 on Saturday night.
The American, who beat Ngannou in their first fight back in 2018, was second-best in Las Vegas and was stopped in round two, as the Cameroonian became the UFC's first heavyweight champion from Africa.
At the age of 38 and after a professional MMA career spanning more than 11 years, with his record currently 20-4, many believe the end is nigh for Miocic and UFC commentator Rogan is no different.

The American could now call time on his distinguished career, says commentator Joe Rogan
'It could be the end of a long and storied career,' Rogan said, shortly after the main event in the post-fight show.
'It's entirely up to him. I'm sure he's gonna take some time and rest and think things through.
'But what a career the man has had. Very underappreciated, beaten legends.
'But I think he ran into an unstoppable force tonight. When you have a guy like Francis who is a one-in-a-million physical specimen, maybe one in 80 million, right?'

Miocic couldn't recover from the knockdowns suffered in round two at UFC 260 in Las Vegas
Miocic has the most heavyweight title defences in UFC history - four times in two reigns - as well as title fight victories.
He also holds the record for fight-night bonus awards with nine - the most in the UFC heavyweight division's history - and has beaten the likes of Daniel Cormier (twice), Junior dos Santos and Alistair Overeem in his distinguished career.
Miocic could look to try and reclaim Ngannou's heavyweight title for a third time but is set to take some time contemplating his future as he awaits the birth of his son.
