- It will be Till's first fight since his defeat to Robert Whittaker in July last year
- The 28-year-old has since had to pull out of two fights with injury troubles
Darren Till is set to return to the Octagon next month to fight Derek Brunson in the headline bout of UFC Fight Night on September 4.
The 28-year-old Liverpudlian, has not been in the ring since his unanimous decision defeat to Robert Whittaker last July in Abu Dhabi.
Since then he’s been scheduled for main event fights against Jack Hermansson and Marvin Vettori but was forced to pull out of both with injuries.

In both of those fights, he was replaced by Kevin Volland who in fact was the last opponent for Brunson.
The American middleweight who holds a 22-7 record beat Volland via unanimous decision in Las Vegas back in March.
Till will be hoping to return back to winning ways after losing three of his last four bouts.
The 28-year-old is aiming to launch a title tilt for the middleweight title which is currently held by
Victory for the 28-year-old could put him back in the race for a future middleweight title shot which is currently held by Israel Adesanya.
As per MMA Fighting, UFC had initially hoped to hold their Fight Night 191 event in London, only for negotiations to break down due to Covid-19 protocols.
The event will instead be held in Las Vegas with 14 fights on the card which also includes Alexander Gustafsson vs. Paul Craig, Molly McCann vs. Ji Yeon Kim, Marc Diakiese vs. Rafael Alves, and Khalil Rountree Jr vs Modestas Bukauskas.
