Britney Spears has concerned some of her fans after posting a bizarre video to Instagram on Tuesday.
In the clip, the 43-year-old wandered around a luxury Las Vegas spa with her older brother Bryan, 47, while speaking in a childlike voice.
Documenting the visit on her iPhone for social media, a giddy Britney can be heard saying, 'My brother we're in Vegas and we're going to the spa and we're lost.'
Small clouds of smoke could be seen billowing in front of the camera, indicating that the Break the Ice hitmaker may have been smoking something.
Coming up to the front desk, she quickly chirps, 'We have a scheduled appointment for [4pm]!'

She then starts spinning the camera around to show off the interior of the spa, exclaiming, 'It's like we're in Disneyland for adults!'
'This is like going to a spaceship,' she continues, before becoming distracted by spherical lights on the ceiling.
'Balls! A lot of balls. Hello. Balls,' she said, before an attendant comes over to take her to the treatment room.
'This is so... I feel like I'm tripping dude! This is better than Disneyland, cos it's sexy,' she continues to ramble.
The attendant then politely informs Britney that she can't continue filming beyond that point, and the camera cuts off.
She and her brother were also spotted trying on fedora hats together, with Britney stripping down to a busy swimsuit for her styling session.
The clip seemed to divide the Toxic singer's fans, with some expressing concern, while other insisted that her behavior was completely normal and she was just enjoying herself.

'This is giving Anna Nicole vibes, it’s pretty heartbreaking,' wrote one.
'This is really uncomfortable to watch,' commented another, while one wrote, 'So loud, obnoxious, and disconnected from reality. And she walks in there smoking and filming.'
Others defended the troubled star, with one loyal fan writing, 'Britney literally sounds like she use to when she was being goofy and silly.'
Another asked, 'Why are people making a big deal outta this video?! She's just a kooky person, some people are just like that.'
After her spa day, Britney was reportedly spotted enjoying cocktails with friends at Carversteak at Resorts World Las Vegas.
'She was interacting with fans and took some photos with them,' a source told People magazine.

According to the publication, 'Spears sipped on a seasonal cocktail called the Bananarama, which is made with Hine cognac, Giffard Banane du Brésil, Lustau East India Sherry, Tempus Fugit Creme de Cacao, coconut, lemon and pineapple.'
While Britney has a strained relationship with her entire family, she's known for being close to brother Bryan.
In an Instagram post last November, the former pop star shared a photo of her beloved sibling and wrote, 'My big brother who’s like a dad and my best friend!!'
In her memoir The Woman In Me, Britney also confessed to sleeping in the same bed as Bryan until she was in sixth grade.
