The A Star is Born actor, 49, wore a Willie Nelson t-shirt, grey pants and work boots for the outing as he held Lea's hand - who was clad in a trendy patterned dress.
The youngster relayed the stories of her day to him as he held her hand, her book bag and her umbrella,
The Academy Award nominee also carried a blue lunch bag and red, blue and yellow striped umbrella.
Bradley shares his daughter with his ex-girlfriend, model Irina Shayk, 38, whom he dated from 2015 until their split in 2019.

He is now in a relationship with supermodel Gigi Hadid, 29.
Bradley opened up about his early days of fatherhood during an interview with Dax Shepherd on his Armchair Expert podcast in February.
'The first eight months - I don't even know if I really love the kid,' he admitted. 'It's dope. It's cool. I'm watching this thing morph.'
'That's my experience. Fascinated by it. Loved taking care of it. But would I die if someone came in with a gun?'
'And then all of a sudden, it's like, no question,' the A Star Is Born actor expressed, adding that his aim is to 'do the least amount of damage that [he] could do to [his] daughter.'
'I'm not sure I'd be alive if I wasn't a dad. I just needed someone to say, like, "We're gonna drop this massive anchor."'
'I'm like, "Why? We're speeding! I just got an upgrade on the boat, and I know where the wind's coming in." They're like, "No, no, no, there’s a tsunami coming in, and you need an anchor and we're gonna drop it."'
'Because this is gonna dictate everything you do from now on. Your DNA is going to tell you that there's something more important than you,' Bradley stated.

He also praised the way his daughter is able 'to articulate her feelings' at such a young age, and added that both he and 'her mother and I are bowled over at this human being we're raising.'
Last month, Lea joined her dad on the red carpet for the movie IF.
He voiced the role of Ice in the movie alongside other stars such as John Krasinski - who also directed the project - Cailey Fleming, Ryan Reynolds, Emily Blunt, Steve Carell and Awkwafina.
He held Lea's hand as they made their way through the crowd while the Alias alum also carried a small bag of popcorn in his other hand.
She is no stranger to joining her father on the red carpet, and also notably attended the Maestro premiere in Los Angeles alongside Cooper in December.
