Emily Ratajkowski's clothes do little to cover her body as her top exposes a bra strap and her skirt is so sheer her underwear are visible during NYC outing

Emily Ratajkowski was enjoying the summer sun while out in New York City on Thursday.

But her clothing did little to cover up her figure.

Her white top fell off her shoulder exposing a tan bra strap.

And her white mesh Gimaguas Ischia skirt that hit below the belly button paired was so sheer it showed off her white underwear.

The 33-year-old wore  Brain Dead x Oakley factory team python shoes. And she accessorized with a red Gimaguas mini Franca bag, sunglasses, and hoop earrings. 

At one point, Emily was spotted walking her dog and grabbing a coffee.

The podcaster took to her Instagram Stories to share a selfie of herself and her fur baby on the sidewalk. Emily pouted at the camera as she posed alongside her pet, who heeled beside her feet.

She also shared a video of herself on TikTok, drinking an Alani energy drink and showing off her stylish look.

Emily backed up from the camera and spun around, giving followers a good look at her see-through two-piece skirt and off-the-shoulder top.

Just a day earlier, Emily made a bold fashion move, pairing basketball shorts with cowgirl boots as she headed out on a stroll. 

The mom-of-one put her abs on full display as she accessorized with yellow sunglasses and hoops. 

Her signature walks in the city come on the heels of the author's birthday trip to Italy.

To celebrate her special day, Emily spent the getaway with friends and her son Sly, 3, who she shares with ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard.

A video uploaded to Instagram showed Emily and Sly smiling in the sunshine while standing on stairs overlooking the ocean.

The Gone Girl actress sported a white, plunging halter top with an open back and pink, low-rise flare pants.

The see-through fabric left little to the imagination as the 33-year-old's toned stomach was on display, along with her bra and underwear being visible through the outfit

Emily threw up the peace sign as her little man smiled sweetly next to her.

But the star took some time to herself as well, soaking in a tub with a glass of wine in hand and a giant smile across her face.

Other pictures included Emily in a tight black top with a red seashell necklace and tiny hoops, a snap of a green popsicle, and a shot of Sly and friends at a restaurant.

Emily included a view of a bright orange sunset, a photograph of herself at the dinner table holding her son's backpack, and a clip of her posing on the steps during golden hour.

As Emily put it, she was a 'birthday gal birthdaying' as she also donned very tiny swimwear while in Europe.

She wore a patterned string bikini top, peach bottoms, a red and white striped button-down, and matching red and white striped booty shorts. 

Three months before her 33rd birthday, Emily flaunted a gift to herself: a new way to wear her engagement ring.

She received the massive double-diamond 'toi et moi' bling from Sebastian in 2018 and has now turned the sparkler into two separate rings.

Emily, lying in bed, flashed her gold bands, one being a pear-shaped jewel and the other a princess-cut.

She simply captioned the Instagram post, 'divorce rings,' tagging jeweler Alison Lou.

Alison took to her own page to share some background on Emily's new rocks.

She wrote alongside a close-up shot of Emily's rings, 'We made the original two stone engagement ring that set the trend…Here we go again @emrata Divorce Rings™️.'

Emily went into detail about her jewelry on her TikTok.

'Okay guys, I forgot to make a TikTok about my divorce rings, so let's go.' she told fans.

Showing a before and after shot of the rings, Emily added, 'The main reason I'm sharing that I did this is that I have seen so many comments that associate divorce with failure and shame, and both personally and politically, I fundamentally disagree with that.' 

She continued, 'The shame around divorce is at least partly what has kept women in unfair, unhappy and even sometimes abusive marriages. Finding the strength and resources to leave a relationship is often a very brave and remarkable act.'

But Emily doesn't want her message to get twisted, noting, 'I'm not trying to make the point that everyone needs to make a divorce ring or turn their wedding dress into a mini dress, whatever symbolic gesture for evolution, but I do think that single moms and women who are starting over for the first time in a terrifying way should find solace in the fact that they're not failures for leaving.'  

Since her split, Emily has been vocal about her dating life as a divorcée.

'As someone who got married at 26, has been separated for a little over a year [at] 32, I have to tell you, I don't think there's anything better,' she said in a September TikTok video. 'Being in your 20s is the trenches.'

'There is nothing better than being in your 30s, still being hot, maybe having a little bit of your own money,' Emily continued, 'figuring out what you want to do with your life and having tried that married fantasy and realizing that it's maybe not all it's cracked up to be.'
