Joey Essex and former ex fling Grace Jackson were reunited in the Love Island villa last week and it has now been revealed the real reason why the pair originally split.
The TOWIE star, 33, and the model from Manchester, 25, briefly dated a year ago after meeting in Ibiza during a holiday but they split due to long distance.
Grace wouldn't move to Essex and he wasn't prepared to move to Manchester so they called it quits, but now Grace has said she will move to London after the show.
Joey was left speechless when bombshell Grace first entered the villa and he told co-stars they had dated for a few months.
Grace revealed they 'had a thing' last summer and had not spoken since. But it seems that the pair dated for longer than expected as last October both Joey and Grace wore matching Halloween outfits.

Taking to Instagram at the time, reality star Joey posed for photos as he dressed up as The Joker while Grace looked amazing as Harley Quinn.
The pair both posed for photos as the comic book duo in a car park, suggesting they were together for the spooky holiday despite not actually sharing a photo together.
It seems the pair have quickly kicked-off from where they previously left off as their romance heated up in the villa after they shared a number of steamy snogs - while Joey is still coupled up with make-up artist Samantha, 26.
Joey and Grace enjoyed an X-rated night away from the villa over the weekend and according to The Sun the pair got so steamy producers had to edit the bedroom scenes.
A source said: 'It's been a long time since we've seen chemistry like this on Love Island. We always wanted to bring sex back to the villa but didn't expect this kind of tension so soon.
'There was genuinely so much footage of Joey and Grace at it in Casa Amor, bosses were spoilt for choice and some scenes had to be left out of the edit.
'Because they knew each other before, their entire relationship is on fast forward and it's steamy stuff. Joey can't keep his hands off her.'

ITV have been contacted by MailOnline for comment.
Samantha, who Joey has been coupled up with since he arrived in the villa, was left devastated by Joey and Grace's very passionate kiss.
In the diary room, the Liverpool-born didn't hesitate to remark how disappointed she was with his choice.
Despite clearly knowing each other from outside the villa, it has been revealed that Joey had not told his family about Grace.
During Love Island Aftersun on Sunday Joey's cousin Chloe Sims and their nan Linda both confessed they'd never met Grace.
Chloe and Linda revealed to Maya Jama that they had only heard about Grace and their romance through the ITV2 dating show.
Joey's family members also said that the reality star didn't tell them he was doing the show until it was announced on social media.
As Maya asked if Chloe knew who Grace was, the TOWIE star said 'no' before adding it was 'rude' of Joey to keep the romance from her. They then talked of it being a 'secret' romance, with Linda calling her 'lovely'.
Love Island airs Monday night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
