Million Dollar Listing star Tracy Tutor has revealed exactly how she gets dressed for her luxe real estate showings - and why comfort is her secret to success.
While sharing her everyday routine from her Beverly Hills home with Bravo's Daily Dish this month, the real estate mogul, 48, also shared how she takes her look from day-to-night.
Tutor, who has been a part of Bravo's hit series Million Dollar Listing since its tenth season in 2017, is famous for selling extravagant houses in Tinseltown worth millions of dollars.
She's often seen on TV wearing adorably trendy outfits, but it looks like her impressive sense of style extends to her regular life off-camera, too.

Tutor explained in a new video shot with Bravo TV that comfort is key when she is running around to listings
After she wakes up at 5am for a workout, Tutor starts her work day.
In this instance, she was heading off to a listing appointment for a house in the Hills.
She opted for a lilac-colored, oversized, button-down men's shirt paired with matching flowy pants.
'I want to be comfortable because I don't know what I'm walking into,' Tutor shared.
'Everything's super flexible,' the mom-of-two added.
She explained that comfort is really important when you're running around town going to various listing appointments.
'I feel like I can kind of go anywhere in this. I'm super comfortable because, at a listing appointment, that's exactly what you want. But I also look effortless and maybe a little chic.'
To top off the look, she wore a chunky gold choker necklace and white pointed-toe kitten heels.
The reality star also clutched a taupe-colored Hermès Kelly bag, which can retail for over $20,000.

To bring the outfit from day to night, she stuck with a menswear-inspired outfit, slipping on a pair of dark gray, flared trousers and a black bandeau crop top.

'There are people that will be like, 'I can't believe you would wear that to a business meeting.' I try not to pay attention and I shut out that noise,' she told the outlet at the time
Just a few hours later, Tutor was back at her house and ready to transition her look into the evening.
She stuck with a menswear-inspired outfit, slipping on a pair of dark gray, flared trousers and a black bandeau crop top.
The bestselling author of Fear Is Just a Four-Letter Word paired the casual-cool ensemble with a small purse covered in diamonds, as well as a diamond necklace stacked with a chunky silver chain.
'I went a little sexy tonight because I went through showings all day and I had about 30 minutes to change,' Tutor said.
'I'm going out with my girlfriends,' she added.

'The truth is I want women to always do whatever makes them feel confident so that they can walk into a room and own it.'
