Grin when you're winning! Kesha wears a wide smile on outing after Dr Luke gives blessing for Billboard Awards performance
It seems the Times They Are A-Changing.
For Kesha wore a wide smile on her face as she left an art gallery opening in Los Angeles on the day she discovered she was now being allowed to perform a Bob Dylan cover at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday.
It had seemed her chance had been scuppered by her producer and legal adversary Dr Luke after he decided to withdraw permission over fears she would use the occasion to make a statement about their ongoing courtroom battle over her career.

The Tik Tok favourite had opted to wear a baggy white top, trousers, platform sandals and an ostentatious black fur astrakhan hat.
Their dispute stems from the 29-year-old singer's unsuccessful attempt to scrap her six-album recording contract with Sony Music earlier this year, and she is accusing Dr. Luke of raping and sexually assaulting her in 2014.
Kemosabe Records said on Thursday that it had reversed an earlier decision after Kesha reassured the label that she wasn't going to highlight the ongoing lawsuit onstage.
Her set was initially canceled after TMZ reported she planned a 'statement performance' that 'might even include images' of Dr Luke - though she wrote on Instagram that wasn't true.
On Thursday Kemosabe Records said: 'Kesha's performance on the Billboard Music Awards was always approved, in good faith.

'Approval was only suspended when Kemosabe learned Kesha was to use the performance as a platform to discuss the litigation.
'Now that Kemosabe has obtained assurances, that it is relying upon, from Kesha, her representatives and Dick Clark Productions that neither Kesha nor her supporters will use the performance as such a platform, the approval has been restored.'
The singer herself celebrated the news with an Instagram post that read: 'You and I are more than friends... We're like a really small gang.'
She added the caption: 'Good work animals. Looks like our voices can be heard after all.'

The approval came came after Kesha joined her friend Ben Folds on stage at Los Angeles' Orpheum Theatre on Wednesday night.
She sang Bob Dylan's tune It Ain't Me Babe, something of a thumb in the eye for Dr Luke after her forbade her to to perform at Sunday's event
Kesha belted out a slower, more plaintive version of the 1964 song while accompanied by Folds and his band.
The invite, said to be a surprise to those watching in the theatre, gave her a chance to sing the song she is now once again going to perform at the Billboard Music Awards this weekend.
