And on Tuesday, Cody Simpson flaunted his trim physique as he shared a glimpse of one of his intense workouts with his followers on Instagram.

'If you want to take the island, burn your boats,' he captioned the post to his account, which he also shared to his Instagram Stories.
In the video, Cody can be seen completing a set of barbell bicep curls while shirtless and standing in what appears to be a boxing gym, with a black face mask on.
He then moves onto working out his chest with a cable fly exercise, before training his lats with straight bar pull downs, his back with ground-level straight bar rows and targetting his chest with alternating single arm incline dumbbell bench presses.
Cody then showed off his upper body's strength by completing pull ups with a large chain around his neck.

A glimpse into Cody's workout follows his 22-year-old sister, Alli Simpson, gushing about his efforts in training for the Olympics at the launch of Virgin Australia's first-ever Pride flight at Brisbane Airport on Friday.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Alli said: 'I'll never underestimate Cody's talents and what he's capable of. Whatever he puts his mind to, he'll probably succeed at.
'It's a childhood love of his, so it's instilled deep in him and he obviously wants to give it a crack. He'd regret it if he didn't try.'

Cody is currently well on his way to Olympic glory, as he trains for his dream of winning a gold medal at the 2024 event in the 100m butterfly race.
Despite his pop star status, Cody's passion for swimming has been recognised by his idols Michael Phelps and Ian Thorpe.
He qualified for the Olympic Games trials by swimming the 100m butterfly in 54.9 seconds in December, easily beating past the qualifying benchmark of 56.87.
