Fredrik Eklund accused Ryan Serhant of going after his developers on Thursday's episode of Million Dollar Listing New York on Bravo.
The 44-year-old real estate broker confronted Ryan, 37, during the season nine episode titled Meltdown In Midtown during a broker preview hosted by Steve Gold, 36.
Steve represented the buyer a year and a half ago and negotiated a deal with Fredrik, but now was trying to rent the luxurious apartment for $69,500 per month.
Poaching allegation: Fredrik Eklund accused Ryan Serhant of going after his developers on Thursday's episode of Million Dollar Listing New York on Bravo
Fredrik told Steve that their mutual friend Ryan was 'running around town saying that I left and that I abandoned my team, yada yada.'
Steve pointed out that Fredrik indeed left to live in Los Angeles, but agreed that he did not abandon his team.
'Ryan is contacting my developers directly. I thought we were friends, you know? I feel like we were past that, you know?,' Fredrik said.
Steve told Fredrik that he was being a 'little bit petty', but Fredrik protested that he was just protecting his buildings.

'So it's come to my attention again that you're like going after our developers,' Fredrik said.
Ryan appeared confused and asked which developers he was going after.

Little petty: Steve Gold earlier told Fredrik that he was being a 'little bit petty' about it
'A lot, Ryan. Several,' Fredrik replied before revealing that his developer friend Yan told him that Ryan had reached out.
'I didn't email him to pitch for that building. I know it's yours,' Ryan said.
He explained that he sent out a blanket email to developers to let them know about his new real estate brokerage firm and denied reaching out to poach listings.
Developer talk: 'So it's come to my attention again that you're like going after our developers,' Fredrik said
Fredrik then accused Ryan of telling people that he left town and abandoned his team, which he also denied.
Ryan said that developers of Fredrik's have reached out to him, Steve and others saying he lives in Los Angeles and asking what they could provide.
'If I moved to Texas or if I moved to Florida, I would not be at all surprised if my project started going to other brokers because that would be the risk that I would be willing to take. So if that's really what's going on, don't take it out on me, man. Like, look in the mirror,' Ryan said in a confessional.

Fredrik also claimed that Ryan had been putting him down for 10 years, but he also denied that.
'If you wanna take something over and the developer of mine contacts you maybe just give me a ring and I will do the same to you,' Fredrik told him.
'I'll forward it to you so you can see that,' Ryan said.
'I don't think we had a ton of resolution today, but I feel good because I got to say how I feel and I got to defend my business and my reputation. And I hope he's gonna think twice now before going after other people's developers especially mine,' Fredrik said in a confessional.

'Someone once told me at the beginning of my career, confidence is silent, insecurities are loud,' Ryan said in his own confessional.
The episode also showed Tyler Whitman, 35, closing a deal in the Upper West Side for his assistant Kemba and her boyfriend Evan, who was representing his family.
The listing price was $6,995,000 and Tyler had a cash offer of $6,650,000 for Evan's mother/seller Linda.

'These people are all cash and the other thing that I think you'll really like about them is they're gonna use the home a lot like you did. They have grown adult children, they have grandchildren, and so, you know, they want this to kind of be the family gathering home in the city so the legacy will live on,' Tyler said.
Tyler was reluctant to go back and forth negotiating with an 'emotional seller' and decided to counter at $6.7 million including handmade light fixtures worth about $30,000.
The buyer accepted the cash deal at $6.7 million and Tyler earned a commission of $201,000.

He also stated that he 'really, really' liked Evan and was really happy for Kemba.
