Ruthie Henshall fought back tears during Tuesday's I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! as she battled with her first 'low' day in the camp.
The West End star, 53, who said she prided herself on being a 'tough cookie' was comforted by her campmates as she quietly wept in her bed.
Despite an emotional start to the day, Ruthie received plenty of support from her fellow celebrities who admitted they'd also battled with feeling down in the camp, and later confessed she was already feeling better.

Vernon Kay noticed that Ruth had slipped away from breakfast early, and found her quietly weeping in her bed.
As he reassured her that everyone 'had a dip,' the performer tearfully confessed: 'I didn't think I'd be switching to the ''happy place'' as often as I am.'
Speaking in the Telegraph, she added: 'I'm such a tough cookie, you know I pride myself on being such a tough cookie... but I'm really not.
'And nobody sees me like that, they see me as a very strong, tough woman.

'You have an idea of you will be in here, I'll be the mother, I'll be the entertainer, I'll be this, that and the other, but you're not the strong woman that you thought you were.'
Ruthie was consoled by Victoria Derbyshire, who offered her some kind words of encouragement by saying: 'You are absolutely allowed to feel vulnerable, no one is strong all of the time, no one.
'No one is happy all of the time, none of these things are a permanent state, it's good to let it out, let it go, get it out of your system.'

Vernon brought over his beloved cashmere blanket to cheer Ruthie up, and was praised for his kind nature in the camp.
He told her: 'I'm just having a moment, it's that realisation that you are so much more vulnerable than you think you are.
'It might be for me that I need to stop putting on the armour, what works in the outside world, you know the armour you put on out there, just doesn't work in here.'
Later Ruthie seemed in much better spirits as she taught the other celebrities the dance routine to All The Jazz from the musical Chicago.
