How do I redeem my Emirates discount code?

Before redeeming your Emirates promo code, you must first proceed through the flight booking process. Here’s how you do it:

1. Select the flight that you want, starting with departure and arrival locations, date and time.

2. Then, you will enter passenger details, including your email address and phone number.

3. The next screen will give you the chance to choose your optional extras, including seat selection and meals.

4. You will arrive at the Payment page, titled ‘Review your selection’. Scroll down until you see a tickbox labelled ‘Redeem Emirates Voucher’.

5. This is where you paste in your Emirates voucher code and your name, ensuring it matches the passenger name you entered earlier. Click ‘Apply Voucher’ and voila - you’ve made a great saving on your next Emirates flight! 

What can I do if my code isn’t working?

What is the Emirates returns policy?

1. Emirates offers you the chance to modify or cancel your booking through the website, via the ‘Manage your booking’ portal in your account. Depending on your fare conditions, you might be charged for modifications.

2. If you cancel your flight, you will receive a full refund as long as it’s within the conditions of your fare. It’s best to check your fare conditions before booking, as some fares are non-refundable.

3. Fare conditions apply whether or not you’ve already started your trip, so make sure you’re fully informed prior to travel.
