What is the Premier Inn returns policy?

1. At Premier Inn, it’s quick and simple to cancel your booking.

2. Enter the cancellation portal via the website, submitting your booking reference, surname and arrival date. Select ‘Cancel’ and confirm to receive a new confirmation email.

3. Premier Inn will endeavour to process your refund within 3 to 5 working days after you cancel.

4. You will only receive a refund if you cancel within the allotted cancellation period, and if your booking allows it. If you have a Non-Flex rate, you may not amend or cancel your booking for any reason. Pay close attention to the rate that you choose during the booking process to know whether you can cancel or not.
