What is the PureGym returns policy?

1. You are free to terminate your PureGym membership at any time.

2. Cancellation of direct debit payments can take up to 4 working days.

3. If you wish to cancel a fixed-term membership, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of any unused membership.

4. You can cancel a membership and request a full refund within 14 days of completing your application.

Can I get PureGym's next-day delivery?

All relevant documentation will be emailed to you after you apply. Therefore, PureGym does not need delivery services.

Is there a price match policy?

PureGym does not offer a price match policy. However, by utilizing PureGym voucher codes, you can enjoy the benefits of one of the most competitive gym membership providers available.
