How do I redeem my FutureLearn discount code?

If you want to apply your FutureLearn promo code, here’s how to do it.

1. Choose the course that you’d like to sign up for and select ‘Join course’ from the course information page.

2. You will be asked to sign in or register your email address. If you’re already logged in, you may have to proceed through a questionnaire that aims to tailor your FutureLearn experience.

3. Select your preferred subscription or payment option. Click continue.

4. You will arrive at the order summary page. Under the section titled ‘Subscription Details’, you will see an option ‘Got a discount code?’.

5. Clicking this option will bring up a box where you can type your FutureLearn code and select ‘Apply code’ to claim your discount.

What is the FutureLearn returns policy?

1. FutureLearn’s refund policy depends on the payment model you’ve chosen to access your course. You can select to pay upfront or use subscription access.

2. All payment models include a 14-day cooling-off period, where you can receive a refund if you request one within the first 14 days after the first payment. This doesn’t apply if you’ve completed any course tests or received a Certificate of Achievement.

3. Your refund will be processed up to 14 days after you request it and cancel your course.

Can I get next day delivery at FutureLearn?

Any of the online courses that you choose will be provided to you immediately on your first payment by FutureLearn. If you order FutureLearn merchandise or receive a Certificate of Achievement by post, you can expect it within 1 to 3 days via Royal Mail first or second-class postage.
