Apache NiFi 2.0.0-M4 is the fourth milestone release of the next major version of Apache NiFi, with over 150 issues resolved. This release incorporates the rebuilt user interface supporting dark mode! Additional new features and improvements include the following: - Kafka 3 support for both consuming and publishing - New processor for splitting binary packet capture files - New processor for splitting Microsoft Excel XLSX spreadsheets - New interface for Python processors to function as a source for FlowFiles - Dynamic reloading of system certificate and key information for TLS cluster communication https://lnkd.in/g3U8pNkC

In preparation for the next milestone release of Apache NiFi 2.0.0, the project has established the nifi-python-extensions source repository. This source repository provides a dedicated location for Processors developed using the new #Python API, decoupling these extensions from framework releases. Apache NiFi 1.26.0 resolves over 100 issues, incorporating a service for handling Protobuf records, and support for reading password-protected Excel spreadsheets. Incremental dependency upgrades include Spring Framework 5.3.34, Bouncy Castle 1.78.1, and Netty 4.1.109. The Apache NiFi Team is pleased to announce the release of Apache NiFi 1.25.0. Apache NiFi 1.25.0 resolves over 100 issues and includes new components for integrating with Slack and Zendesk. This release incorporates incremental upgrades to dependencies such as Logback, SSHJ, and JSON Path. Bug fixes include a resolution for Flow Configuration History migration when upgrading from NiFi 1.23.2 and earlier.
