CuraLinc is excited to announce several promotions from within our team, effective August 2024!
Kaylee B. has been promoted to Implementation Manager. Kaylee consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that every new client’s implementation is flawless requiring a sharp attention to detail and ability to balance multiple demands. She is destined for ongoing success as she continues to grow in our organization.
Naziya Miftakhova has been promoted to Director of Client Services Operations. She has been instrumental in developing sustainable and scalable processes to support CuraLinc’s continued success. Nadia recognizes the importance of ensuring that all key stakeholders have a voice in operational improvements and as such, her impact can be felt across the organization.
Sharna-kay Bowen has been promoted to Mental Health Coach. She has been consistently empathetic and genuine in the way she engages the members she assists. Given her warmth and easy to talk to personality, Sharna easily supports a wide range of people efficiently and with expert conversational finesse.
Krista Geelen has been promoted to Clinical Team Leader. Krista has proven to be a detailed, thoughtful and passionate clinician who enjoys helping people. She has a great eye for seeing the big picture of a clinical issue, which leads to better advocacy for our members.
Natalie Wilson has been promoted to Sales Support Team Lead. She is an exceptional team player, and her resourcefulness, attention to detail, and natural leadership skills will not only allow her to be successful in her new role but will ensure the Sales Support team continues to grow and improve.
Amber Stuehser has been promoted to Global Program Manager. Amber has demonstrated expertise in building strong relationships, both within the team and with external partners and clients. Her organizational skills and ability to create efficient structures and processes will enhance our ability to serve our clients and colleagues.
Liz Thompson has been promoted to SCRM – Team Leader. Her passion and dedication for her clients continue to show throughout her work everyday. Liz’s strong leadership skills coupled with her eagerness and attention to detail will allow her to excel in her new role.
Michelle Whaples has been promoted to Training Manager. Michelle has demonstrated an “I’m ready – let’s do this!” attitude. Her exuberance and willingness to step up, learn, and do whatever it takes have been crucial in responding to the exponential growth of the Training Department.
Daniel Moeller has been promoted to SCRM – Team Leader. Daniel's professionalism, problem solving skills, and enthusiasm, makes him an asset to CuraLinc, his team and clients. He is willing to do whatever it takes to succeed and will continue to assist with the growth and improvement of the CRM team.
