Kaylee consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that every new client’s implementation is flawless requiring a sharp attention to detail and ability to balance multiple demands. She is destined for ongoing success as she continues to grow in our organization. Naziya Miftakhova has been promoted to Director of Client Services Operations. She has been instrumental in developing sustainable and scalable processes to support CuraLinc’s continued success. Nadia recognizes the importance of ensuring that all key stakeholders have a voice in operational improvements and as such, her impact can be felt across the organization. Sharna-kay Bowen has been promoted to Mental Health Coach. She has been consistently empathetic and genuine in the way she engages the members she assists. Given her warmth and easy to talk to personality, Sharna easily supports a wide range of people efficiently and with expert conversational finesse. Krista Geelen has been promoted to Clinical Team Leader. Krista has proven to be a detailed, thoughtful and passionate clinician who enjoys helping people. She has a great eye for seeing the big picture of a clinical issue, which leads to better advocacy for our members. Natalie Wilson has been promoted to Sales Support Team Lead. She is an exceptional team player, and her resourcefulness, attention to detail, and natural leadership skills will not only allow her to be successful in her new role but will ensure the Sales Support team continues to grow and improve. Amber Stuehser has been promoted to Global Program Manager. Amber has demonstrated expertise in building strong relationships, both within the team and with external partners and clients. Her organizational skills and ability to create efficient structures and processes will enhance our ability to serve our clients and colleagues. Liz Thompson has been promoted to SCRM – Team Leader. Her passion and dedication for her clients continue to show throughout her work everyday. Liz’s strong leadership skills coupled with her eagerness and attention to detail will allow her to excel in her new role. Michelle Whaples has been promoted to Training Manager. Michelle has demonstrated an “I’m ready – let’s do this!” attitude. Her exuberance and willingness to step up, learn, and do whatever it takes have been crucial in responding to the exponential growth of the Training Department. Daniel Moeller has been promoted to SCRM – Team Leader. Daniel's professionalism, problem solving skills, and enthusiasm, makes him an asset to CuraLinc, his team and clients. He is willing to do whatever it takes to succeed and will continue to assist with the growth and improvement of the CRM team. 🚨 Employees in the restaurant, retail and hospitality industry experience some of the highest rates of poor mental health. Irregular work hours, loss of sleep, missed family time and difficult customers can take a toll on their wellbeing. But there's hope! Our latest study of 9,800+ participants from more than 200 restaurant, retail and hospitality industry employers shows that employees experienced clinically significant improvements after receiving personalized mental health support through CuraLinc's EAP. Depression was one of the top presenting concerns (17%) among these employees, higher than 7 other major industries we studied. And 34% of restaurant, retail and hospitality industry employees met the criteria for clinical depression prior to receiving treatment. In addition, this group presented with substance misuse higher than any other major industry aside from manufacturing. However, after receiving treatment, 86% of employees with depression and 76% of participants with alcohol misuse recovered to no longer be at risk. We had an incredible time at CuraLinc's Annual Summer Party in Chicago! Our teams came together for a few days filled with fun, collaboration and learning. A special shoutout to our client Chipotle Mexican Grill for the amazing catering to kick things off on Wednesday. We showed our appreciation to the Client Success team with bowling and bocce at Pinstripes. Then we ended the celebrations with the fan-favorite "Night at the Casino" yesterday at Lincoln Park Zoo, complete with an exciting raffle featuring gift cards from some of our clients, including New Balance, Panera Bread, Chicago Cubs, Southwest Airlines, and AMC Theatres. We owe a huge thanks to our HR team, who made these events possible, and everyone who traveled across the country to be here. Safe travels home, everyone!

As educators continue to face a myriad of stressors, such as heavy workloads, low salaries and managing student behavior, their mental health takes a toll. CuraLinc’s latest study of more than 8,000 education industry professionals from 200+ employers showed higher rates of anxiety in comparison to seven other major industries studied, including healthcare, manufacturing and retail. In addition, depression rates among educators were higher than five other major industries. However, when these professionals were assessed and received a personalized treatment plan through CuraLinc's EAP, 79% of those with anxiety and 88% with depression recovered to no longer be at risk.
