One of the more impactful updates that Klaviyo has made recently: The ability to copy a segment condition! It's wildly subtle, but actually goes a long way in creating segments with many conditions. Example: If you want to create a segment for users that have purchased a particular set of products by SKU, you can now copy the setup of one condition to then pull another SKU. You can skip having to select What someone has done > Ordered Product > Set time/frequency > Add filter for SKU > Select the SKU. You just have to copy and select the SKU. We're talking about minutes at a time saved for operators (brand or agency, whomever is inside an account day-to-day). What I've enjoyed seeing most this year is the Klaviyo product team's efforts to create these operational efficiencies throughout the platform.
