Provisioned the company's first production Kubernetes clusters, established best practices for GitOps, base images, resource templates, monitoring, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment. I personally lead the first system to onboard and assisted in scaling to 14 teams in the first 9 months.

Adding an event-based integration to our existing workflow system, we were able to provide a seamless experience to the users while teams gradually built new automations in parallel to the existing system. Jackson expanded our summer internship program into a year-round office near Michigan Technological University, eventually employing around 20 students. As one of two full-time employees in the office, I functioned as a project lead, providing a consistent interface to the otherwise asynchronous workforce.
