Our Global Communications team serves as an advocate to drive awareness for the customer experience, while also enhancing and protecting the brand perception and reputation. We are looking for an experienced PR practitioner to lead the external communications programs that support our seasonal promotions for our U.S. retail business, as well as other brand communications projects. This role requires the ability to navigate a global business with creativity and flexibility as well as manage deadlines, bring others along, and work closely with the agency team. For this role, we are looking for communicators with proven experience as an earned media strategist, media relations expert, and storyteller. Other key skills include the ability to create external communications plans as part of a cross-functional team, incorporating business and consumer insights into the work.
As a brand communications manager, you will…
Be a part of the external communications team that supports our seasonal promotions through earned media. Support includes managing and leading both proactive and reactive communications to support both our core US retail business as well as supporting other brand communications programs as needed.
Demonstrated experience in consumer or brand communications, preferably at a multi-unit retailer or an agency (at least 5-7 years of experience)

As a brand communications manager, you will…
- Be dedicated to building and executing communications strategies alongside multiple cross-functional teams from marketers to operators to support our seasonal promotions and other brand comms initiatives.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to navigate a global business with creativity and flexibility as well as manage multiple deadlines and lead an agency team.
- Proven media relations experience and writing capabilities
- The ability to influence, inspire, and collaborate with a large cross-functional team.
- Experience building creative consumer brand campaigns through an earned media lens
- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
