The Clinic Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and personnel functions of Peak Clinic centers, ensuring patient care is provided in an efficient and productive manner. They are responsible for fiscal management of the clinic and assist with the implementation and understanding of clinic policies and procedures, manage provider schedule templates and ensure all clinic equipment is maintained and in operational order. The Clinic Manager works to build a positive atmosphere by consistently demonstrating a positive attitude that reflects the highest regard for all patients, families, providers, and other team members and builds an excellent relationship within the community and with referring physicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure clinic operations are running efficiently and communicate concerns/issues to leadership in a timely, effective manner
Works closely with practice providers and surgical center administrators to ensure schedule maximization and overall practice efficiencies.
Responsible for staff recruitment, supervision, performance management and disciplinary action
Build and manage provider templates, identify problems, and recommend/implement plans for improvement.
Resolve patient complaints and ensures appropriate and timely follow up occurs
Manage clinic inventory and order supplies as needed
Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of clinic policy and procedures
Communicate regularly across departments and with providers
Assist in company compliance programs and perform routine audits on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis, as needed
Oversee maintenance of clinic property, computer systems and software and manage inventories to the appropriate level.
Develop an efficient and effective collaborative relationship between staff and providers, while fostering a positive working relationship
Build and maintain community relationships with local physician referral groups and act as a liaison between referring providers and the clinic.
Responsible for measuring, reporting and identifying workflow gaps to optimize performance of KPI’s as set by the organization

Ability to handle sensitive information ethically and responsibly and to protect the confidentiality of patient, employee and business information
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a free-standing medical practice environment preferred
