We're celebrating Employee Appreciation Week! Today we are highlighting Jimmy who has been with #i3Verticals since 2023. Jimmy began as a temp and was immediately hired after getting along well with the team and proving he had an excellent work ethic. He is a vital member of our operations team and the person that other members of the organization go to when they need help. He works under the Account Changes Department. Jimmy was born in Nashville and is of Vietnamese origin. He is the father of a wonderful seven-year-old son. He loves to travel, take videos, and appreciate life's little pleasures. Her dedication and passion have resulted in excellent customer satisfaction and quick resolution. She has been an asset to the PSC ACH collection queue and Merchant Services queue among others. She is a go-to person for her peers and handles most escalated calls from the merchant service division. Her smile is so contagious that she makes everyone around her smile.
