Hold on to your Wi-Fi passwords, because Raquel (Clara Galle) and Ares (Julio Peña) are getting two brand-new chapters of romance. Through My Window, which made its debut on Feb. 4, has left fans hungry for more fiery banter and stolen kisses in alleyways — and now two sequels to the Spanish-language film are already in the works.
In the first film, what begins as a “neighborly” confrontation over stolen Wi-Fi access soon spirals into Raquel and Ares doing everything they can to resist their feelings for each other — a goal that proves pointless once they have their first (and extremely steamy) kiss. The upcoming movies will feature brand-new storylines for everyone’s beloved Greek god and the girl next door, while bringing back all those fan-favorite supporting characters. That’s right — get ready for more Artemis (Eric Masip) and Apolo (Hugo Arbués), plus Claudia (Emilia Lazo), Daniela (Natalia Azahara) and Yoshi (Guillermo Lasheras).
Author Ariana Godoy, who penned the original Wattpad sensation A través de mi ventana, will be involved in the development of the scripts for the upcoming sequels, and Marçal Forés will return as director. Stay tuned for more info about release dates and storylines… but one thing you can expect? Plenty of steamy drama — because where Raquel and Ares are concerned, that’s the love language.
