Appliance Repair Southern California came to my home and inspected my refrigerator's ice maker that was not working. He ordered a part that was needed and came back within one week and installed the part. Ice maker works fine and Appliance Repair Southern California followed up to see if I was happy with their service. Highly recommend them and their rates are very reasonable.

Well now I’m convinced more than ever that these responses from Sears are AI. They are telling me to call the same number that I just reviewed that I was transferred 3 times and told they couldn’t do anything. Why would I waste time trying another call. It’s so sad what’s happened to customer service in our country. I understand now why Sears stores closed.

This company is a sham! Read the contract says it covers leaks and breaks in the pipes then read down and says it doesn't cover "broken" pipes. This is their reason to deny everything, my pipe is not broken, it has a leak. Then they told me they didn't cover PCP pipes, which mine is metal and the plastic pipes is not in the policy contract. Also, waited 2 weeks for them to send a plumber and 5 weeks to be denied. Only after I got assertive did they suddenly have an answer for me. Read the BBB review, same outcome for everything, they offer you $500. Great business model, collect $550 for policy, most people will never have a claim, if they do, ignore any maybe they will go away, if they complain offer them $500, they still get to keep $50. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general in my state as well as NY. This is deceptive business practice as well as not honoring insurance claims

I wanted to talk to someone that installed cameras in my home. Nova Tech called me and apparently didn’t like the size of my job because he hung up on me with no explanation as of why. I called him back thinking my phone dropped the call. That call went to voice mail. I have tried calling him back a few more times now understanding he didn’t want the job. He should have just told me that from the beginning and I would have been fine with that. I will never use Thumb Tack again, total waste of my time.

No one wants foundation work done, but I am glad I chose Pinnacle. I am happy with the whole process and the results. Kristen was incredibly helpful with scheduling and finding a good time for an appointment. She was friendly and helped ease my concerns right from the beginning. Great customer service! Luis Perez was punctual, explained what he would be doing, listened to our concerns, and walked the property with us. He then took measurements inside and showed us where movement was occurring. He sat with us, thoroughly explained the repair plan, and addressed all our questions. On the day of the repair, Marcos in Operations called to discuss some details and communicated very well throughout the whole process. The crew arrived on time and was very respectful. They made sure to clean everything up after the work was done. I am extremely pleased with the results. The large crack in our brick has closed up, and we can now close our back door without any trouble. Several smaller cracks have closed up and looks much better. Overall, the experience was seamless! I highly recommend Pinnacle's services!
