Well I have to say that this young man, Ryan Nichols is fantastic, friendly, a great listener and super professional. He took his time to listen and find what is the best coverage for my elderly father and for myself.
He went beyond my expectations to find the best warranty for both our vehicles.
No pressure or being pushy like the experience I had with another company!! A company like American Dream is not made or has success by it's own merits and name, NO is the employees like Ryan giving outstanding customer service with pride and efficiency that makes this company unique!! So, I do hope he gets the recognition he well deserves and earned!!

Sam was great. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly he did not try to hard sell me like other companies. I spoke to he did not try to make me buy immediately on the spot. He gave me his phone number so I could call him back directly, which is what I did two days later. I also referred him to a friend. I appreciate when the sales person is not trying to insist I buy on the spot to get a deal and he did not do that at all. He was very professional.

Your Billing Agent Theo D.
I signed up for an extended warranty plan yesterday. The plan details were sent to me via email. The term should have been 6 years but only showed 5 years. Customer Service referred me to the Billing Dept.
Theo was quick to want to help me out and quickly told me that my plan dates included the extra 12 months.
He then offered to be my "Go To Guy" should I ever have any other questions or issues. He gave me his direct telephone and Text contacts, stating the sales department was hard to reach after the sale.
I consider this to be "above and beyond" customer service that is seldom if ever encountered in today's business world.

Sean Knowles was outstanding! I spent over an hour with him asking quesitons and going over pricing. He answered every one of my hard questions. He was so awesome with his salesmanship that I ended up placing two cars into the warranty program today. I have always used dealer issued warranties and now I know to NEVER do that again and to call Sean for now on! American Dream is also great for Veterans by providing a military discount.

Your agent, Ryan, is quite a salesman. I mean that in the best sense, He was cordial, respectful, quite engaging, His was extremely knowledgeable. He explained the warranty plan quite thoroughly and answered all my questions/addressed my concerns, I didn't feel pressured or coerced.

They are a bunch of liars and thieves. Had a contract with them, had issues they claimed it was prior to the contract being in effect. No evidence nothing. Do not do business with this company.

Maria and the American Dream "Team" were quite helpful in guiding me on how to extend my Equinox's warranty protection needs. They helped me to lower my costs for the insurance itself and to provide me with assurance that all the vital parts of my car will be covered for, at least, the next 3 years for what I see as a very reasonable cost. Maria and her manager were thorough, thoughtful and very understanding about my needs and provided me with a nice plan to ensure I should no longer have worry if my car will keep doing the its job to complete my daily activities. Peter was specific in what I was getting. The plan was quite resonable based of what I paid the dealer for an extended warrenty of 10 years or 100K miles. He answered all my questions and offered suggestions. Professional and attentive. Although I hope I never need it, I am comfortable with my purchase.
