The lady I spoke with was so pleasant…

The lady I spoke with was so pleasant an understanding !! I was fixin to cancel cuz I couldn’t afford the rates ::: But this woman was so caring an understanding an we worked out an excellant arrangement on this matter!! Very pleasant lady an I greatly appreciate all her time an efforts !! She made me smile a feel important !! Wish more people were like her !! Made a bad day turn better a she had me smiling a felt appreciated so much !! Thank you maam for all your kindness an understanding ! Have yourself a blessed day always !!

A Need for Canadian representation

Firstly, I’m referencing how car shield works in the Canadian market. I called in to get a list of repair centres that are in my city, because the on line system would not give me any places other then USA boarder city’s. The USA representative was very polite and helpful within her constraints of her system. She gave me names of places but once again, they were major city centres in Canada, not small city’s. I wanted St. Catharines repair centres and got Toronto.
If you want to service Canada, you need representative aware of Canada geography.

I didn't really have an experience because it was cut short. But, I have to be completely honest. The experience with the Rep Alexis was beyond excellence! She made the transition smooth. Offered alternatives even to keep me. Because or her, when I am blessed with another vehicle, I will definitely remember and choose carshield. Thank you

So Far?

so far my experience with Car Sheild has been positive.
I purchased my coverage in Nov, of 2023, I have submitted my first claim, Claim has not been settled yet, but so far, all my interactions with claims dept. has been positive. The people I have talked to so far have been professional, and friendly. We shall see......

I think they fine every excuse not to…

I think they fine every excuse not to fixed your car my transmission went out and they are more worried about the mileage not matching up with the car fax they pull up so it was a type o with the clerks office on the title I sent 2 forms of signatures paperwork saying it was a type o and the mechanic told them also,now I have to send the title off and wait 4 to 6 weeks for the new title with the correct Mileage before they will start working on the car. The claim agent(Cory Lynn ). Not helping me out at all

When we called the person was very polite and answered our questions thoroughly. By the end of conversation we understood what was covered and not. They made us feel like we were important. All in all the person deserves a 12 out of 10 . Thank you car shield.

The representative answered my question…

The representative answered my question based on my actual location vs. my zip code. I found a tire place who after a couple of visits - reset my tire pressure and turned off the computer notification. However, they don't sell Michelin Tires should I need them.

Thanks to CarShield they made a…

Thanks to CarShield they made a stressful experience very manageable.We had issues with the shop we took our car to the repairs were delayed. CarShield not only covered most of the repairs but put us in a rental car two different times before the repairs were completed 4 weeks later. The staff at CarShield were so helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend CarShield.

I received a call from a claims…

I received a call from a claims adjuster. I called back, but you cannot talk to that claims adjuster. You have to talk to a customer service claims representative and approve or decline the claim. The customer service rep was so rude and demeaning. I declined the claim because I couldn't get an answer about the details. Today I called at 9:30 am, approved the claim, and was told they would call the (my) service provider and let them know to start the work. I hadn't heard anything, so I called the service provider and as of 12:45 pm they have not heard from Carshield and therefore have not started the work!

Complete scam of a warranty service.Pay…

Complete scam of a warranty service.Pay a monthly fee for extended warranty to only find out that they will find any technicality not to pay a claim.If this bar had any other option below one star I would choose that instead.

This is my second time placing a claim…

This is my second time placing a claim with Carshield. This company is awesome. When my Jeep wrangler needed engine work they handled it. Now 3 years later I needed to place a claim for my transmission 2 weeks ago. They send emails to update you along the progress of your repairs.

I was having a problem with my air…

I was having a problem with my air conditioner, this what I told the person on the phone, however they wrote that my check engine light was on. At Toyota they were able to turn the air off and did nothing else. I don’t know why for two or more weeks the air was on full volume and I was unable to turn it down or off.

Car Shield is great!

Care Shield was great through the repairs l needed. Easy to submit the verifications that they needed. They worked with my repair shop with no problems. I’m glad l chose Car Shield for coverage on my older Jeep. I feel very safe and secure knowing Car Shield has me insured!

I was not able to update my payment…

I was not able to update my payment method using my app. When I made the change, it automatically made an early payment. I called customer service the next day to get a refund in my account and the agent was rude and initially accused me of being dishonest. It was eventually credited back to my account, but my experience was not pleasant.
