This place is A JOKE! All of their emails with what to look out for with scams and shady companies, when they are the EXACT ONES YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM!
We were Moving from California I needed to ship my BMW. I was open on the ship date so it wasn’t as if it was a difficult booking. We had a month to work with.
The person who was assisting me was Andrea Erickson. I talked to her over the phone, she was very calm, mellow, quiet demeanor, and pretended to be very empathetic to the reason of the move (which was not good). I expressed to her some of my hesitations and concerns with a lot of the reviews I read about different transportation companies one being them requesting more money at some point in the process and she assured me that that would not happen. I felt very comfortable after all of the emails that I received from the company stating what to look out for as I felt they were being transparent. (She even gave me the sad story of….. “ I had one customer decide to go with another transportation company and later call me back and say that they regretted doing it because when they delivered the car they requested more money.)” I should have seen that red flag but I didn’t…..
I was told that they put the listing out on some sort of board and that if it works out for a driver (independent truckers), it could be a same day or two day advance notice to pick up when that the driver would be in the area and that that’s how it worked, but she could not give me a specific pick up at that time. I was OK with that as I did not have to have the car moved quickly however, I did give her a date that it had to be out by because we were closing escrow on our house but that was three 1/2 weeks away. She told me not to worry at all that she GUARANTEED the car would be picked up and everything would work smoothly.
It was less than a week before we were closing escrow and I was getting nervous as The car still has not been shipped. When I reached out to Andrea all I kept getting was text and emails and verbal confirmation “not to worry” that “this is how the process is.”
I reiterated that we had to be out in 5 days and she told me “it would not be a problem whatsoever.”
One day I got a text from her stating that the car could be picked up the same day. I called to get clarification. She stated she was just waiting on final confirmation from a driver in the area. She even raised the amount she quoted me which was $1,000 to $1,250 saying “no one was accepting the offer because it was to low and I would have to raise it if I wanted to get it shipped. (Red flag again). So I did it. They back you into a corner and know you have no other options. Snakes!
So……I went to the car wash and had it detailed so it would be ready to go. That day came and went with no interaction from her whatsoever!
The following day I reached out to her and told her we were moving in two days she again “ASSURED ME” that the car would be picked up and that there would not be a problem.
We had to be out of the house on August 26th By 6 PM for the new owners. All I can say is she completely ghosted us.
WE NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN!!! No email, no text, no phone call, she just dropped off the face of the earth.
We are now across the country in Michigan and it has been six months AND our BMW had to be parked in our friends driveway which we are still trying to get shipped over here ALL BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY!
Now that we are looking into getting the car shipped again, I felt the need to write this review.
Buyer beware. This is a sick game most play in this business. And they talk bad about when other companies do this to people just to gain your business then do THE EXACT SAME THING TO YOU.
If her plan would have worked out her clever scheme would have lined her pocket with an additional $250.00

I am sorry to hear that your recent experience with us did not go well. While we do try to get you the best possible carrier and price within your route and date combination and it does not always go our way. In this case it did not and I am sorry for that inconvenience. With the constant changing prices in gas and the demand of some routes over others across the country it can be difficult to locate a carrier for a specific date. For this reason as well as others we do not guarantee any shipping dates for pick ups or deliveries.
Within the transport industry there are many factors which can inhibit specific dates from happening. This is something we work very hard to explain in our emails and calls, as well as on our website. I do apologize if this was not something properly explained to you by your agent, and I do appreciate you bringing it to our attention so that it can be addressed with your agent as well as all of our other agents to make sure that everyone is fully explaining the transport process to our customers prior to them booking with us.
