I’m really happy that this process was so smooth. My car was picked up in Richmond, California and delivered to Hawthorne so my mechanic can replace my engine.

This was the first time I have ever had to transport my car and I would definitely use this company again.

My wife found this company and after receiving a bunch of quotes this company had the best price. There were no hidden charges and we were not charged until the delivery was completed.

The communication stayed connected. Calls, emails etc... Very professional. The driver drove from the east coast too mid west without any incidences. I will use them again if I need too. Excellent job guys!

I was skeptical about Road Runner. I did spoke to a live person and their boice did sound suspicious to me. I told them when I needed the car shipped to GA. They got the driver for Saturday July 27th to ship my car. I paid 266 up front and was told 500 is to be given after the car keys is in my hand in GA. They communicated with me during the entire shipping. I was impressed with how the service went. Especially with how inexpensive it was. Other companies charged me an arm and a leg. The driver was excellent, when he go to GA his trailor couldn't fit a corner, he didnt waste anymor time so he drive the car to me. I hope they don't rise their price up in the future, because I will be needing their services again.

Our cars were picked up and we could tell that our driver was knowledgeable and safe! They were dropped off and they looked exactly the way we left them! We are very grateful! The only thing that was worrisome was the communication. We didn’t receive any information about what day and time our cars would be picked up until the day they were supposed to be picked up. They ended up being picked up the day after which was totally fine with us and our plans. They arrived to our destination two days earlier than originally planned which was awesome! Communication for the drop off was much clearer as well!

The company was honest and provided service in one
day- getting the car in one location and delivering to
another city/location. The driver gave the keys, etc
to the motel manager and staff and the car was protected by the staff until we arrived - very pleased
with the service and it was a one car trailer - before we had been on a trailer with many cars - we would use this company again.

Absolutely terrible they blindly charged me and never contacted me. Now I'm out 1,500 but they don't have my cars so I guess that's good. That don't even allow a cancelation option..

Awful customer experience from start to finish...and I never even got my car shipped. Avoid at all costs.

CONS:Bait n switch pricing(actual cost was $300 more than quoted only one day earlier), multiple carriers they assigned canceled the pickup with NO phone calls and only 1 email (the day of the first scheduled pickup). Customer service could not care less.

The driver was exceptional. Delivered my new Jeep Rubicon from Las Vegas to Iowa in 2 days. Not a single problem with the car delivery. The only issue was the nervous anticipation of the driver being assigned. The RoadRunner team assigned a driver on day 5 from the day our contract began. Just something to keep in mind when you plan to ship your car. Even if your booking (contact) says the car will be ready for pickup on Monday, they may only find a driver to pick it up on Saturday. Other than that, an excellent experience.

great communication even though my order went through 3 carriers before it was filled. the first two carriers were poor communicators so i'm glad they didn't ship the car. the 3rd carrier was great!! clear communication and delivered as promised, on time! Roadrunner explained things in a clear and coherent way and always had another shipper ready when they other one fell through.
