Just had to submit a claim for my 2013 F350 Dually. The initial response was not the best. The original adjuster seemed to be new and did not know how to go about properly finding the parts needed for my truck. But after the shop fought with them for a couple of days and we got a new adjuster, things went very smoothly.

Car Shield was responsive, communicated well with me, and covered the turbo and got my oil leak fixed. Payment was given to the shop before they were even ready to turn the truck over to me.

Best experience with a car warranty company yet!
