- On the local forecast, the name and a link to the serving office is located above the forecast icons.

Certified past weather data for legal purposes is available from NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI). NCEI Customer Support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time except Federal Holidays. Contact NCEI Customer Support for Weather and Climate Data and Products by:
- Phone: 1-828-271-4800 then press "1" for Weather and Climate, "2" for Radar, "3" for Satellite, and "4" for Climate Monitoring and Analyses
