Once you submit your report, it will be logged into Arm's online Integrity Helpline. A member of the Office of Ethics & Compliance team will review your report and follow up with you via the Integrity Helpline portal to acknowledge receipt and request additional information. You may share further information or raise questions to Office of Ethics & Compliance at any time through this portal. Once the investigation is complete and appropriate action has been taken, you will be notified.

At Arm, we operate with the highest ethical standards and expect the same of our community. Employees and contractors who speak up when needed and put forward ethical concerns, play a vital role in maintaining an ethical workplace. Individuals working for, or on behalf of our subsidiaries, are encouraged to use this portal to report concerns.
Arm has no tolerance for any form of retaliation against those who raise genuine concerns or participate in an investigation. We are all responsible for speaking up when we perceive misconduct and Arm’s Integrity Helpline ensures we can do so without fear of repercussion.
As a reminder, we also have a robust Code of Conduct that discusses many of the issues we might face at work and translates legal and regulatory requirements into the behaviors that we expect of everyone in our community.
