They are more likely to: - Have similar challenges - Convert to customers - Get value from your solution Learn how to engage with them in 6 steps: Step 1. Go to Ocean.io Ocean.io uses AI to categorize precisely 100+ million companies' websites. Allowing you to make highly-targeted searches that go far beyond classic filters (industry, company size, country..etc). Step 2. Start a lookalike search 1. Go to company search 2. Add your customer websites Step 3. Refine your search with filters - Exclude companies that are in my CRM - Refine by location, company size... - Size of the CS team: 5+ CSMs Step 4. Export the list to .csv 1. Select the accounts 2. Export Selected 3. Download as CSV (or LinkedIn Sales Nav CSV) Step 5. Import your lead list into Clay to enrich the account list and look for CS leaders Step 6. Craft a relevant messaging like the following: "Hi {{first_name}}, {{Make an observation}} {{Share a problem, and the impact of this problem}} {{ Build credibility AKA social proof}} We're helping CSMs at Karbon increase their retention rate. Here's how to find your favorite client's twin and sign them: Clay just came out with an integration with Ocean.io, easily the best company lookalike finder on the planet. They've scraped ~250,000,000 websites and keyword indexed all of them (Ocean team, let me know if I'm remembering that correctly), to semantically match them with each other and find the most similar company to whoever you input. This means you can feed your favorite clients, people who've positively responded to your campaigns, or lookalikes of your best case studies and pop out a lead list of the companies most similar to them.
