Biography[]

Bella is the daughter of Kevin Fisher and Chloe Mitchell.

Through her mother, Bella has an older sister named Delia Abbott who was born on February 14, 2006 and died on October 14, 2013 at the age of only 7 years old after being hit by a car and a younger brother named Miles Fisher who was born on October 5, 2020.

2016[]

Bella was first seen with Chloe, as they were staying at a motel. Bella was first discovered by Chelsea Newman, then Kevin Fisher. Bella and Chloe eventually moved in with Chelsea and Connor, after Chelsea's many offers. Chloe first decided that her and Bella's stay in Genoa City and at Chelsea's Penthouse was temporary, but Chloe then decided to just settle in Genoa City, permanently. After Chelsea had discovered that Chloe had killed her husband Adam, Chloe fled Genoa City for an unknown destination. When questions came about Bella's paternity to see if Billy Abbott or Kevin Fisher was her biological father, there was a paternity test, and it revealed that Kevin was her biological father, although he had planned to legally adopt her.

Bella lives in genoa city wisconsin with her parents Kevin and Chloe.
