The Grand Phoenix was a hotel that Phyllis Summers was working on when she worked at Dark Horse. After bankrupting Dark Horse by selling off it's real estate. To spite her, Adam Newman sold off the project to Abby Newman, who later brought Chelsea Lawson on board.
Phyllis was forced to share her project with Abby and Chelsea until she blackmailed Chelsea into giving up her shares and bought Abby out Phyllis had trouble making ends meet, so the hotel was bought out from under her by Victoria Newman, who undermined Phyllis at every turn.
In August 2022, Phyllis sells the hotel to Lily and her company, Chancellor-Winters.
