Mixologists have revealed the range of alcoholic drinks that will keep you merry without having to sacrifice your health goals.

While cocktails are notorious for being loaded with sugar and calories, there are a few that can be enjoyed even when you're trying to get bikini body ready. 

Cocktail experts are now sharing the ways you can raise a glass at the bar with your pals while keeping your washboard abs in tact. 

From classic Arnold Palmer's to a Frozen Pimm's Cup, here are the five drinks you can sip on that will keep your waistline trim - but does your favorite make the list?

To make the beverage, you will need to combine six ounces of Pimm's No.1, two ounces of simple syrup, ounce of fresh lemon juice, four thin cucumber slices, four strawberries, one slice of peeled ginger, 12 mint leaves and two cups of ice. 

After throwing all of the ingredients into a blender, blend them until smooth, divide the beverage into four tall glasses and enjoy.

Noah Small, the corporate beverage director at Empellón in New York City, recently told Men's Health: 'A pinch of salt, along with some citrus, really helps make the drink pop and makes it more three-dimensional.'

To make this beverage, fill a large glass with ice, one and a half ounces of mescal, two ounces of grapefruit juice, half an ounce of lime juice, three drops of grapefruit bitters and a pinch of salt. 

Stir all of the ingredients and top off with club soda.

'It's just not the sort of thing that needs to be super overthought,' Jeffrey Mor- genthaler, co-owner of Pacific Standard in Oregon told Men's Health. 

To make it, combine 3/4 ounces of orange juice, 3/4 ounces of lime juice, 1/2 ounce of simple syrup and one teaspoon. 

Fill a glass with ice and top with lager. Stir it all together and you're ready to sip on it.

'Tea has a tendency to aerate really well and get nice and frothy, and it just creates a really awesome drinking experience,' Harrison Snow, co-owner and beverage director at Lullaby in New York City told the outlet. 

To make it, you just need to shake four ounces of tea with four ounces of lemonade. You can add ice and enjoy.

To make it, you will need to combine two ounces of mezcal 1/2 ounce of agave nectar, 3/4 ounces of lime juice, three dashes of orange bitters and one egg white in a shaker.
