Kate Middleton, Princess of Wales
Kate Middleton, born in 1982, is a member of the British royal family. She married William, Prince of Wales, in 2011. Kate grew up in Berkshire - and studied art history at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, where she first met her future husband. Kate is the patron of several charitable and military organisations. She focuses on issues surrounding early childhood care, addiction and art. She is known for her impact on British and American fashion, often referred to as the 'Kate Middleton effect'.
