Ryan Garcia has issued an apology to ex-wife Andrea Celina after allegedly trashing their home and sending threatening messages in another ugly incident this week. Garcia, who recently claimed he is checking himself into rehab after being expelled from the WBC for making racial slurs online, was accused of harassing Celina and their two children, Bela and Henry, on Tuesday.
