John Barnes has once again picked up the mic to provide the bars to a new track combining barbecuing and football ahead of the European Championships this summer.
The England legend has had some memorable moments behind the mic, from the Three Lions anthem 'World In Motion', to getting up on stage with Jurgen Klopp at the end of the last season.
Now, though, ahead of the Euros he has partnered up with with plant-based food company THIS to launch a summer BBQ banger ahead of the Euros titled 'THIS Is The One', which is out now.
The parody hit includes references to a number of icons from England's past and present, from Paul Gascoigne to Phil Foden, all based around a staple of the British summertime - the barbecue.
The campaign aims to inspire consumers to make more sustainable choices while still enjoying the tradition of grilling, with Barnes explaining how the song encapsulates the holy trinity of the British summer.

The music video sees Barnes grill a range of meat-free products, play keepy-uppies with footballer and TikTok star Jess Watkins, as well as sing along with a Gareth Southgate lookalike as he looks to kickstart the Euros fever.
