England... who's bothered? Spain skipper Alvaro Morata and Co relax topless in the sunshine as they take to the golf course just days ahead Euro 2024 final showdown with the Three Lions

Alvaro Morata and members of the Spain squad appeared in a relaxed mood as they took to the golfing green just days before their showdown with England in the Euro 2024 final.

Spain reached their first major tournament final in 12 years by beating France in Munich on Wednesday.

A special strike from the boot of 16-year-old Lamine Yamal and Dani Olmo's third goal of the tournament overturned Randal Kolo Muani's early opener.

England lie in waiting for Luis de la Fuente's side on Sunday in Berlin after Ollie Watkins' dramatic late winner against the Netherlands ensured Gareth Southgate's side made it to back-to-back European Championship finals.

You could be forgiven for thinking Spain would be fully focused on their biggest match in over a decade, but it seems they still have time to go golfing in the sun.

Morata posed for a topless selfie in the sunshine alongside full-back Alejandro Grimaldo, winger Alex Baena, and reserve goalkeeper Alex Remiro.

All four players seemed in high spirits in the post shared to Grimaldo's 926,000 Instagram followers.

The post further reinforces that Morata should be fit to start against the Three Lions in the tournament finale at the weekend.

Spain's skipper has started five out of their six matches at the Euros, so far, managing 76 minutes in their semi-final victory over the French.

However, during the aftermath of the final whistle, and the celebrations that came with them, Morata was the recipient of an accidental collision involving Spain's security guard.

In the strange incident, the guard was chasing a pitch invader, but lost his footing and crashed into Morata's knee.

The striker winced in pain after the hit and was seen hobbling off the pitch in discomfort, which raised serious concerns as to whether he would be fit for the final.

Worries have since been eased after Morata Joked: 'It (the security guard's challenge) was a yellow card and that's it.'

Spain's relaxed nature presumably comes from confidence. On Tuesday they became the first side in Euros history to win six matches in the tournament (excluding penalties).

Luis de la Fuente's side started off their campaign in perfect fashion with a comfortable 3-0 victory over Croatia.

They then took down current holders Italy before rounding off the group stage with a 1-0 win over Albania, despite making 10 changes to the side.

In the round of 16, Spain swept aside Georgia in stupendous fashion, smashing four past the major tournament newcomers to set up a juicy tie with the hosts Germany.

They prevailed once again, dramatically downing Julian Nagelsmann's side thanks to a 119th-minute winner from Mikel Merino before they took down the French in the last four.

Now only England stand in their way of a third European Championship triumph this century, and it seems they will go into the final self-assured.
