USA Olympics basketball stars greeted by guard of honor after landing in Abu Dhabi - as Steph Curry is given a live falcon to hold

Team USA Basketball was given a heroes welcome as they arrived in Abu Dhabi ahead of an exhibition game they're set to play.

The team was greeted at their hotel by a group of performers who put on a traditional Emirati Ayyala dance.

Players like LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant were all seen taking in the ceremonial welcome.

Curry was particularly surprised that there was a live falcon greeting them at the hotel.

The Golden State Warriors star even got the chance to hold the bird, which is a national symbol.
