In one photo the blonde beauty looked half her age as she posed in a scarlet swimsuit with the breathtaking views of Positano serving as her backdrop.
Sophie accessorised the look with a pair of chic sunglasses, a statement bracelet and a pendant necklace.
Followers were treated to multiple snapshots of the TV presenters getaway, where she was accompanied by her fiancé Steve Wood and her two children Bella and Jack.
The family enjoyed an outing on a boat, soaking up the sun while on the Mediterranean waters.
They were also spotted taking in the sights of Italy while enjoying a meal at a lavish restaurant.
In October, Falkiner took to Instagram to announce her engagement to doting boyfriend Steve.

One dazzling snap featured Sophie proudly flashing her sparkling diamond engagement ring.
'It's official. Thank you for making me the happiest woman I've ever been. Your kindness, strength, thoughtfulness, integrity, and love blows me away,' she captioned the post.
She continued: 'My family, children, and friends are all so excited to have you in their lives. As I am equally excited to become a member of your beautiful family.

In a candid chat with New Idea earlier this year, she openly declared her love, exclaiming, 'Yes, I'm in love.'
Praising her soon-to-be-hubby, she added, 'He's probably one of the kindest men I've ever met, and I feel very lucky. It's relaxed, and he's amazing with my kids.
'He's a solid, good man and he has a lot of character. I'm at a beautiful spot in my life right now, and I'm very grateful for it.'
Within her career, Sophie has presented entertainment news series Confidential on Fox8, while also hosting on The Great Outdoors and Sydney Weekender.
She's also appeared on Sunrise, and has filled in for Kerri-Anne Kennerley on her show Kerri-Anne.
