Halsey channeled Ariel from The Little Mermaid in an eye-catching ensemble as she stopped by a recording studio in New York City on Thursday.

The Without Me songstress, 29 - who recently went topless in a racy snap with her boyfriend Avan Jogia - was spotted stepping out of a sleek, black SUV as she made her way across a busy sidewalk.

She turned heads wearing a vibrant, blue dress made of a satin material as well as a pastel, pink lace trim.

The star - who confirmed her lupus and 'rare T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder' diagnosis last month in June - slipped into a $119 pair of Betsey Johnson 'Nikki Fuchsia' sling-back heels to coincide with the color scheme of the look.

Halsey's long, hot pink hair was parted in the middle, and flowed down past her shoulders in light waves.

The singer opted for minimal accessories to allow the outfit to be the main focal point, and added a pair of dangly earrings.

Her makeup was glammed up, and comprised of a layer of mascara to her lashes as well as a smoky, purple shadow around her eyes.

A pink blush was added to better accentuate her cheekbones, while a pink, satin tint was worn on her lips for a finishing touch.

Halsey - whose real name is Ashley Nicolette Frangipane - easily held her phone in her right hand instead of carrying a purse during the daytime outing.

The Colors hitmaker flashed a cheerful smile and a sent a friendly wave to fans who greeted the beauty in the Big Apple.

Her visit to the recording studio comes one month after she confirmed her health battle with lupus and 'a rare T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder.'
