Abbie Chatfield has confessed that she has been left 'crying' over her new man.

The former Bachelor star, 29, posted to her Instagram on Friday, posting a series of images of her Peking Duk musician boyfriend Adam Hyde.

The podcaster admitted that his love for her has moved her to tears and she encouraged other women not to accept less than a dedicated partner.

'I'm crying looking at these film photos while Adam is playing a gig so please accept my love letter to Adam as a sign to dump that loser who makes you feel like you aren't easy to love or that can't commit to you' she wrote in her caption.

'Or that doesn't really care to actually know you or won't be romantic or won't communicate or makes you feel like you're too much or doesn't take their part of the mental load or just doesn't make you laugh so hard you can't make sound! Dump them!' she ranted.

Alongside the caption were loved-up images of the pair, whose romance has been going from strength to strength since they public with their relationship in June.

It comes after Abbie opened up about her plans to have children with her boyfriend Adam.

She revealed on her It's A Lot podcast, she recently got an IUD and Adam was considering having a vasectomy as the pair don't want to start a family anytime soon but are open to it in the future.

'So, I went to get an IUD because I don't want to get pregnant because I fear with Adam if I got pregnant, I probably would keep it and that would mean that our lives would change forever,' Abbie said.

She went on to say that she and Adam, the frontman of Australian band Peking Duk, are both financially ready for a child.

Abbie continued: 'If I get pregnant, we both have money, we are both old enough, we both own property. We're both like, fine.'

'There wouldn't be a reason to not, and we're both very in love and also, he's so emotionally mature and such an adult that he would be a good father.'

She admitted she had never thought about having a child until she met Adam.

'With Adam, I'd want to have his, I'd want to have his kids, like I cry all the time about wanting his children. And we both have amazing mums who would love us to have grandkids as well,' she said.

Abbie and Adam went public with their romance during a joint appearance on her It's A Lot podcast earlier this month after weeks of speculation from fans.

She revealed her new boyfriend's identity before opening up about their first date and 'crazy sex life'.

'I was so anxious, I was like, 'I don't know if I have enough things to talk to this person about'. But we had this really good date, and it was actually still the best date of my life,' she said of the first date.

Adam agreed, saying: 'It was incredible. It was like something out of a fairy tale.'

Abbie explained her crush on Adam only grew even more as they continued to spend time together.

'Then we had sex for the first time, and it was fine,' she said before revealing how things took a turn when they spent time together by the pool.

'We sat by the pool and drank margaritas... and the sex went crazy. We had sex and hung out the whole next day.'

Abbie said Adam makes her feel 'safe and calm all the time' and their relationship is 'so good and perfect'.

'Not only are we so in love, but we also have a really healthy relationship,' she added.

Abbie has previously spoken about being in open relationships, but told her fans that she and Adam are monogamous.

She explained she 'sobbed' to her therapist because she didn't feel 'strong enough' to be in an open relationship again.

'I was scared to tell you,' she confessed to Adam. 'Because I thought you were going to say that you wanted to be open, that you needed to be because you're a rock and roll DJ.

'I thought you were going to go, 'baby, I tour, you don't get it, I tour'.'

Adam then shared of their relationship: 'I think we're more monogamous than we originally thought.'
