Sandra Bullock was spotted leaving a dermatologist appointment in Beverly Hills on Saturday, three months after her visit to a plastic surgery office with pal Jennifer Aniston.
The Bird Box actress, 59, was effortlessly chic for the rare outing, sporting an all-white ensemble consisting of a simple tee, cardigan, and matching pants.
Looking refreshed and youthful, the star flashed her megawatt smile and her Loewe luxury tote while carrying goodie bags to her car.
She finished off her summer style with fuzzy sandals and dark sunglasses.
The Oscar winner's trip to a Los Angeles dermatologist comes after she and Aniston, along with Jason Bateman's wife Amanda Anka, were spotted leaving The Retreat At Split Rock in Connecticut in March.

The trio were specifically seen exiting Dr Neil A Gordon's office, who oversees the facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Following this sighting, there has been renewed interest into Sandra's looks over the years.
When Sandra appeared at the 2018 Oscars, her fuller cheeks sparked numerous accusations that she had undergone cosmetic procedures prior to the event.
She swiftly dismissed these accusations in an interview with InStyle at the time.
'This past Oscars I was sick and had allergies, but I was like, "I’m just going to go. It’s part of my job, and I’m happy to be there." Then the next day they were saying, "Oh, she has cheek fillers and implants."
'When I saw the photos and how swollen I was, I got it. But I was like, "Well, if I got injections, I only got them on the top," which was not very good.
Meanwhile, after the Connecticut plastic surgeon sighting and a June red carpet appearance, Aniston's ageless beauty has been put under the spotlight.
Weighing in on the subject, experts have told MailOnline that the Hollywood star has managed to stay looking young and still natural using a combination of non-surgical measures and 'tweakments'.

Celebrity facialist Rosie Osborne said that Jennifer had likely taken advantage of radio frequency treatments as well as Botox to keep her skin looking smooth and fresh.
She said: 'Jennifer is looking great, I can guarantee she has had some ’tweakments’ to enhance her facials features, in combination with non-invasive facial treatments.
'In my opinion, there has been some facial contouring performed to refresh the under eyes, using hyaluronic acid gel (filler), as well as Botox on the corrugator muscles (frown) to give a subtle brow lift.'
Rosie added: 'I would say Jen gets her Hollywood glow by combining technologies such as radio frequency and micro-needling to lift, tighten and refine the skin texture. And of course, a healthy diet and lifestyle goes hand in hand with good skin.'
Jennifer previously confirmed that she underwent a rhinoplasty in her 20s to correct a deviated septum which had resulted from a broken nose during her high school years.
Speaking to People in 2007, she said the operation was the 'best thing I ever did', adding: 'I slept like a baby for the first time in years'.
But she added: 'As far as all the other [rumours], as boring as it sounds, it's still mine. All of it. Still mine.'
Previously the Golden Globe winner has admitted that she's tried Botox in the past and wasn't a fan.
In 2015, she told Yahoo Beauty: 'People think that I do a lot of [Botox] injections, but I don't. I'm not saying that I haven't tried it but I see how it's a slippery slope.
'All that cosmetic stuff looks ridiculous on me. And like we were saying before, they just start to lose perspective, it's their new normal, so it's a hard one to come back from.'
In an interview with Harper's Bazaar Australia in 2014, Jennifer said she felt sorry for women who felt pressure to get injections to stay looking young, saying they ended up looking the opposite and so she was able to learn from their errors.

She explained: 'There is this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless. I think what I have been witness to, is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves.
'I am grateful to learn from their mistakes because I am not injecting s*** into my face. I see them and my heart breaks. I think, "Oh god, if you only know how much older you look."
'They are trying to stop the clock, and all you can see is an insecure person who won't let themselves just age.'
Instead, Jennifer has extolled the benefits of peptide injections - strings of molecules called amino acids, which are the 'building blocks' of proteins.
