So a week or so ago, this happened. On stage. Talking about whether in-house agencies and creative agencies can ever play nice. At Cannes Lions. With my friend and absolute legend, Nicole Taylor from the LEGO Group. We told stories about working together – the good, the really good, the would-do-it-differently-next-time. And people built ducks. We also asked everyone – in-house agency, creative agency, client, whoever – not to forget to play. Because playful collaborations lead to good work. But also, more amazing experiences for our people. And don’t we all want more of that? (Oh, we also told everyone that kids love farts… but you may’ve had to be there for that.) This was a career high for me - and I'm grateful for all the help we had along the way and all the claps we've had since. Corks away.
