About us
Tower Engineer Professionals was founded in 1997 by two tower-climbing engineers. The company has grown to more than 650 professionals providing engineering and construction services for more than 200,000 towers around the world. TEP’s in-house services include site acquisition, civil & electrical engineering, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, inspection, environmental/regulatory compliance, construction, and land survey services. Additionally, we have twenty offices across the US and four offices in Canada. We are licensed in all 50 states and the U.S. territories, Canada, Japan, Jamaica, Australia and Ireland. Our turn-key approach provides innovative for all industry needs. TEP's mission is to set the industry standard in telecommunication engineering and construction through research, innovation, and safety. Every year, Connect (X): Powered by WIA brings together every segment of the telecommunications industry to network and discuss industry trends and opportunities. Connect (X) is the leading North American business technology event uniting industry stakeholders focused on 5G infrastructure. TEP recently attended the 2024 conference in Atlanta and took advantage of the chance to connect with colleagues and customers under one roof. The show featured several keynote speakers from the major carriers and all major tower owners, as well as the first ever Professional Services Forum which provided a great opportunity to collaborate with customers and other firms to learn more about ways to improve the services TEP provides.
