Must have Management experience in recognizing talents, setting goals and a plan to meet those goals. Holding people accountable to recognize when they are lacking a certain part of their performance.
Being aware of customer needs and how they are being met.
Making sure all company policies are being enforced and access codes are arriving on time.
Manger should make sure that all staff members are treated fairly and that new staff members feel welcome in salon.
